Axis has concluded a new long-term lease agreement with a leading logistics service provider for approximately 11,000 sq m of warehouse space, including associated outdoor yard space, at the property located at Steinfurtstraat 9 in Zwolle.

This leasing transaction marks an important milestone for both tenant and landlord. As part of the long-term partnership, a number of building upgrades will be implemented, with a strong focus on further enhancing the sustainability of the property. These improvements will future-proof the asset and ensure it is optimally configured to support the tenant’s operational activities.
